FIRESTARTER
Firestarter an illustrated book by Marieke Luthart, we collaborated to design a book that presents her work and has an element of interaction with it. Using thermo ink I screen printed it onto the cover of the book. When the ink is touched it reveals a bright red colour below which gives it a firey glow.
Firestarter is a Peruvian Myth about the human needs told through the source of fire. I created red slips found before every illustration to guide the reader through the story and to understand greater detail in the beautiful illustrations.
